Having him WITNESS ON RECORD IMMEDIATELY HIS EXPERIENCES is vital to that, see. He KNOWS better than ANYONE, NOW, what the weaknesses are -- including HIS OWN -- and can HELP AllOfUs/AllOfYou in future by hiw own invaluable experiences.
